Who will be at my property?
The same small team, every visit. Kim is on site and responsible for the outcome. You won't get a rotating crew of strangers.
What areas do you serve?
We work across Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, Huntsville, Port Carling, Bala, Lake Muskoka, Lake of Bays, Lake Joseph, and Lake Rosseau and surrounding townships. If you're nearby and not listed, ask us anyway.
How fast will you respond?
We answer personally and aim to get back to you the same day. For existing clients, urgent issues get priority. That is part of why we keep our client list manageable.
How do I get started? Do I have to fill out a form?

Do you work in the off-season?
Yes. Year-round property oversight is a core part of what we do: monthly or bi-weekly check-ins through the winter, storm follow-ups, and frozen-pipe prevention. A lot can happen to a cottage when no one is watching.
How does pricing work?
Every property is different. After a quick conversation and a walk-through, we put together a plan tailored to what you need.
What if I need something that isn't on your services list?
Just ask. If we can help, we will say so. If we can't, we'll tell you straight. We probably know someone local who can.
